Bree is an animal person and dog owner herself. She understands how precious and unique each pup is and is trained in dog first aid.
Before Bree commences any procedure on every pet, she firstly evaluate their skin and coat condition and decide which shampoo/conditioner is appropriate. We respect every pet and care about all the pet’s feeling and reaction when we grooming them.
Bree is committed to making your pet look their best and seeing you happy with the results and that is why she gets most of the work from word of mouth.
Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?
gentle and caring grooming with relaxing music for dogs played. cheap but good, service can take up to 3 hours because of the goals that the dog has a pleasant calm experience
What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?
grooming since 2012 with self tuition and trained under another groomer with 25 years plus experience. Dog owner myself so I know how it feels to entrust your furbaby to someone else
Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?
I don't specialize, but I do like to explore new trends and overseas styles really interest me. I also like taking dog snaps, baking homemade, natural doggy treats for my 4 legged clients
How do you normally charge for your service?
set price as per website pricing guide or if there are extras or special treatments required then this is agreed upon before work begins
What makes your pricing competitive?
I am cheap because I take time because I think dogs are like toddlers in there learning ability and should be treated with kindness and gentleness and the owner needs to pick up and drop off but they can use that time to shop or attend to other matters, but good because you get full service.
How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips
run a comb through your dog to get rid of any tangles that you can and gently stroke your dog's paws when you can as this is a sensitive area and when they are used to being touched its easier to cut their nails and trim their paws
What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

What do you like most about your job?
Seeing a dog more comfortable as sometimes owners don't realize that there are big matts that pull the skin or other issues that make the dog uncomfortable but mainly its seeing a customer who is really happy with how their dog looks
